I have used this product for the first time. I really like this product. It actually seems to be helping fade my dark spots. My skin is a little sensitive but I have not had any problems. Also, the company has great customer service. They reached out to me to see if I had any questions about their product…. an A+ in my book!!!

It has been over a month since I made this purchase, and so far, I love it. For sure I apply it daily (b4 moisturizer) if not twice when I’m not lazy. Your skin feels soft, and the product has no scent which is a big plus for me. I’ve noticed that my face has a healthy-looking glow, radiant. I have received compliments and of course I mentioned the supplier. I bought this product for the solemn purpose of the dark spots that have gotten darker. And so far, the spots have brightened maybe 20-30% but we are not getting any younger or do I plan to move out of sunny SO. CALIF, but only time will tell. True Skin has continuous customer for life.

I have heard for a long time that vitamin c and retinol cannot be used together. That they cancel each other out. It’s completely untrue. My problem is that I’ve heard it so many times. I believed it to be fact regardless of the sources I heard it from. Which is basically word of mouth by other women who do not hold a dermatological degree of any sort. I did my own research. And actual skin care experts that hold a degree say the opposite. Retinol CAN be used with vitamin c products. Successfully. They don’t cancel each other out. They work beautifully together. And vitamin c actually helps retinol work BETTER by stabilizing it and extending its effectiveness. It turns out that using retinol without vitamin c or any other potent antioxidant is keeping your skin from reaping all the benefits of using retinol!!! Which is why this serum is so important in your skin care regimen. You know all those expensive anti aging moisturizers you’ve been blowing your money on? Well……..without using this serum or any other serum close to this that has vitamin c in it prior makes your fancy skin cream ineffective. And we all want to get the most out of the money we spend to make our skin look fabulous. Don’t we?
I’ve also seen reviews on here about this product complaining about the color change in the serum. Did they not read about the product? I states very clearly that it’s normal to see variations of color. Clear or cloudy. All depending on the time of the year the ingredients are harvested contribute. And it is very clearly addressed in the description of this product. Pretty much cancelling out any of the bad reviews made on this product.
Ladies. If you want to make the most out of your skin care products. Read up on them first. That’s why the info is there. So If anyone has any complaints on this product. They are not using it correctly!!!!!
I’ve included a photo in the first week of use. I will post more down the road. I am 40 years old. I smoked heavily for over 20 years(quit January 2017) and drank pretty bad too for 13 years before I got sober 7 years ago. My skin was terrible!!!! I have absolutely no makeup on. Just moisturizer and carmex lip balm. I use this product with a retinol moisturizer. I also take collagen daily as well. Hopefully this review helps clear up the myths of using certain anti aging products together. And their (in)effectiveness. Us ladies gotta stick together in this war on aging and kick some wrinkle butt!!!! Lol!💪💪💪

I bought this vitamin C after reading about its properties in an email blast on Amazon. I decided to try it because I had already tried other products to reduce age spots on my skin and it couldn’t. When I apply it I feel a gentle stretch on my skin and it diminishes the tired look under my eyes. I also apply it to my neck and, as with my face, the appearance of the skin has improved. In the photos that I share you can appreciate the decrease in spots. In the photo from the beginning of the year, although it has a beautifying filter, you can see that the spots occupied almost my entire cheek. In the photo of August 23, 2023, I have just applied the vitamin and after 5 weeks of use, not so regular, it can be seen that the spots have diminished considerably. Now I want to buy vitamin E and Hyaluronic Acid from this same brand to continue with a complete treatment. 5 stars!
Compré esta vitamina C después de leer sus propiedades en un correo promocional de Amazon. Decidí probarla porque ya había intentado con otros productos reducir las manchas de la edad en mi piel y no lo lograba. Cuando me la aplico siento un suave estiramiento en la piel y disminuye el aspecto cansado debajo de mis ojos. La aplico también en mi cuello y al igual que con mi rostro, el aspecto de la piel a mejorado. En las fotos que comparto pueden apreciar la disminución de las manchas. En la foto de principio de año, aunque tiene filtro de embellecimiento se puede apreciar que las manchas ocupaban casi toda mi mejilla. En la foto del 23 de agosto del 2023 acabo de aplicarme la vitamina y tras 5 semanas de uso, no tan regular, se aprecia que las manchas han disminuido considerablemente. Ahora quiero comprarme la vitamina E y el Acido Hialurónico de esta misma marca para continuar con un tratamiento completo. 5 estrellas!

I’m 42M and been using this particular product for a few years and it’s a great addition to my care routine. I’ll admit that sometimes I am a little bit lazy working from home, but when used regularly it does enhance hydration uptake and generally makes your skin more vibrant. Even if you use it once before moisturizer you can tell the difference. It’s never left me irritated and I’ve used it around the eyes. Typically I use it after washing, under eye roller, and a glycolic exfoliating gel, let it soak in for a minute or two while I get dressed then apply lotion. Usually 8 drops are all you need for face and neck application… Never forget your neck! I hope this is helpful.

Nice packaging and arrived promptly. I’ve been using only 3 days now and my skin feels super soft and smooth. I don’t notice a difference in appearance just yet but am hoping it will help tone down the redness in my face (Irish/Scots). I will post again after 2 weeks.
