One of the rollers – the larger one – is very hard and is a little uncomfortable, but I do use it. The smaller roller is much easier and I can use it longer. Have not tried the balls yet. I use the rollers on my feet every evening.

The items are nice and firm. I’d suggest getting the larger item if you are on the taller side or larger footed.

The green roller is great! I use it a lot. It’s kind of squishy material, the but the black one is hard plastic. Slightly painful to use sometimes. I have not tried the balls. They are also hard material. The rollers seem pretty sturdy. I guess time will tell. Overall, the set seems like a good deal because you get 4 pieces, I just don’t know that I needed them all.

I have numb spots on the bottom of my feet. On day one I noticed a slight improvement on both feet after only 20 minutes of use. Today is day 3 and my right foot, which I have been concentrating on has improved by at least 50%. I am getting less pain now in both feet. I have only used the green roller. I use it here and there for a few minutes while watching t.v. Would definitely recommend this product

ordered these to help with issues with my feet. I’ve used it one time since I received it because Amazon doesn’t give you any time by time you receive it before they want a review. Ask again in a few months to see if they hold up…still work as they should
