I purchased this device to diagnose marine engines. Super easy to take it out of S mode. Was able to download all the software I needed. Portable, it fits nicely in the service case. Charges fast and runs all day. Love the touch screen and super bright for outdoors.
Just an important note….remember to keep it plugged in for the first initial start up. I guess it’s a safety thing when it’s ships.

I bought this to replace a 12 year old Compaq laptop that was used for basic-general stuff like receiving and sending emails, Facebook, and general Internet searches. We have a couple of other computers, laptops in the house for more serious-intense stuff so I wasn’t looking for a powerful, heavy duty laptop. When I’m typing (even as I type this review), periodically the letters will jump to a previous portion that I already typed and I’ll have to delete and place the cursor back to end of the text and retype it in. This happens fairly frequently. Also, as I type, out of the blue a whole section of what I’ve typed will become highlighted for no reason and then it will delete itself and force me to start over. If the older Compaq’s E key and 3 weren’t malfunctioning, I would have kept it. As old as it was, it was a better, more reliable laptop. The highlight issue I referred to above just happened and I had to stop, take my hands off the laptop and wait for it to go away. Knowing what I know now, I would not purchase this laptop. I would definitely have been better served by spending a little more money for a better quality product. I’m not expecting it to last long. I got rid of the packaging but I will contact AMAZON TO SEE IF I CAN RETURN IT> SUDDENLY< OUT OF NO WHERE IT"S TYPING CAPITAL LETTERS AND THE CAPS LOCK ISN"T ON.

I purchased a used version of this HP laptop from “Busylittlebee” during the Amazon July Prime sale. It is lightweight, fast, & a bargain! Love it!

Purchased for 7 year old to replace chromebook. He had no difficulty with transition. This was not an S series as advertised, which is a bonus!

Okay the first thing it is touch screen but it doesn’t fold back so the keyboard is always in your way you have to reach over it with a stylus to touch screen it and if you want anything to work on this you have to take it off s mode soon as I took it off s mode everything came in perfectly my printer you can download all the apps you.it does work with cricut machine
